You can also search the web for financial assistance
for spay and neuter programs, animal protection
legislation, or a topic of interest.  If you have a
suggestion about a website that will provide additional
legislative or educational information within the US,
please email the URL.  Thank You.
1. If you eat animal meat or
products, buy humanly
raised and humanly
slaughtered products.
2. Before you donate to a
charity, find out if their
funds are used for animal
experimentation.
3. Buy cosmetics that are
marked with animal free
testing.
4.  As you save for
retirement, be sure that
your investment dollars
are not contributing to
animal research.
5.  Support ASPCA
(American
Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to
Animals)
legislative efforts.
6.  Report animal neglect,
abuse and abandonment
promptly.
7.  Work at a community
level to educate children
and adults on the value of
animals.
8.  Work on a local level to
legislate strong laws that
restrict animal breeding,
neglect and cruelty.
Tips to Help Animals
Kate Garvey
Today 11,236 to 28,089, Dogs and Cats will be put to death due to
overpopulation and neglect.  Each year the USA kills 4 to 10
million companion animals-most of them are adoptable.

Thousands of other animals right now are experiencing
needless suffering due to inhumane slaughter practices, factory
farming and needless animal experimentation.  (With advances
in cellular technology, there is no further excuse for animal
experimentation).

Together we must speak for those who cannot.  If we ban
together by using the suggestions on this page, we can begin to
change their world.

My mission is to reduce the suffering of sentient beings through
legislation and education.  I wish to do all I can to unite the many
excellent animal rights organizations, as well as support and
promote the healing of all human and sentient(animals) beings.
